Return & Refund Policy

At PuriQuick, customer satisfaction is our priority. We have a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product meets any of the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, broken, or leaking.
• The product is defective or expired.
• The wrong product or variant was delivered.
• The product is missing from your order.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• The product has been opened, used, or tampered with (unless defective).
• The return request is raised after 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product was purchased during a final-sale or non-returnable promotional offer.
• Change of mind or personal preference.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at info@puriquick.com or WhatsApp us at +91 90000 00000.
2. Share your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product/packaging.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.
4. If the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (applicable in select pin codes) or guide you to ship the product back to us.

Please ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging before handing it over to the courier.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

• Online Payments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking): Refund will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 7–10 business days. You will need to provide your bank account details.
• Store Credit: If preferred, we can credit the refund amount to your PuriQuick account wallet for use on future purchases.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired product separately.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled; you will need to follow the return process after delivery.

For prepaid orders that are cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
